Our supply only (or DIY) option is ideal if you don’t require our installation service. Some of our customers may have their own tradesmen lined up to fit the products, or may be fitting themselves. This option means that you can provide the sizes and we will make the products to your measurements and deliver direct to site for you.
This is also a potential option if you have tradesmen on site who may be able to offer reduced labour costs. We can offer assistance if required when placing a DIY order, and we are happy to speak to your builder, architect or project manager on any technical matters to make the process easier for you.
We can give you an estimated delivery cost before you even place an order. Using our Delivery Calculator simply Enter your Postcode and Click the CALCULATE DELIVERY button on the Check Out page.
We schedule your delivery as soon as payment is received and send you a confirmed delivery date by email. If you have not received your delivery confirmation email please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We will send you a tracking link the day before your scheduled delivery that includes a 2 hour delivery window. If you have not received your tracking link by text please contact us and we can provide you an update you over the phone.

Our current lead time is around 10 days for standard doors options for delivery (non-standard colours and hardware will be advised with order). We use a combination of our own delivery network and direct supplier delivery network.
